We place great importance on the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer comprehensive warranty terms on our electric treatment tables as well as cosmetic and foot care devices — providing you with additional peace of mind beyond the statutory warranty.

Warranty for Electric Treatment Beds

For all electric treatment tables purchased after April 1, 2025, the following warranty periods apply:

10 years on metal components
5 years on drives and electric motors
3 years on all other components such as upholstery, armrests, or wood finishes

Warranty Limitations for Upholstery:

The warranty for upholstery does not apply in the following cases:

If the cleaning instructions are not followed
In the case of improper use

After the statutory warranty period expires, the warranty only covers material costs. Travel and labor costs are not included. Furthermore, the warranty period does not restart when parts are replaced.
